Everyone is welcome at Theatre Severn and we will do whatever we can to ensure you have an enjoyable visit. Staff are available to help, so please ask us if you need any assistance. To ensure any special requirements you have are met, we ask that all patrons who use a wheelchair, are registered disabled or have specific seating or access requests contact the Box Office direct. For this reason wheelchair spaces and disabled concessions are not available through online booking.

Sennheiser Infra Red  
Sennheiser Infra Red enhanced hearing headsets are available in both auditoriums  to amplify sound for patrons who are hard of hearing. They can be worn with or without a hearing aid.  Please ask our Box Office team for a headset or further information.

Large Print  
Large print versions of the brochure are available from the Box Office.
 
Guide Dogs  
Guide Dogs are welcome in all parts of the auditoriums. We can usually ‘doggysit’ during events if required. Enquire at the Box Office when you book your seats.
 
Language Interpreted  
Theatre Severn is committed to increasing the number of Sign Language Interpreted performances by working with companies who include SLI as an integral part of their productions. We always promote an SLI performance within our pantomime season. See our brochure for further details or enquire at the Box Office when booking your tickets.

Captioned   We are now offering some captioned performances for deaf, deafened and hard of hearing patrons, delivered by STAGETEXT. Captions are similar to TV subtitles; the actors’ words appear on an LED display unit, placed near the stage or in the set, at the same time as they are spoken or sung. Character names, sound effects and offstage noises are also given.
