The Capitol re-opened in September 2003 after a comprehensive refurbishment and extension of the previous Horsham Arts Centre. It comprises of a 410 seat Theatre, 2 Cinema Screens, Studio Theatre, Meeting Room and Gallery Space. All areas are fully accessible from the ground floor level, with lift facilities for disabled users. The Theatre, Cinemas and Studio are equipped with infra-red transmission systems for the hard of hearing.

Pay and Display car parking is available at Park House after 10.00am Monday to Friday and at weekends. Further car parking is available at the BT Exchange car park at evenings and weekends.
By train: The Capitol is a short walk from Horsham rail station.

There are designated setting down, collection bays and parking spaces for disabled people immediately at the side of the building. Parking spaces are also available opposite outside Park House and if you fancy a short walk, there are a few more in the town centre.
