Getting to Wycombe Swan and Old Town Hall

Wycombe Swan Theatre is located in the heart of High Wycombe, and it's easy to get here no matter how you travel.

Entrance to the Main Theatre is via the Ticket Office on St Mary's Street. Ticket Office is open Mon - Sat from 10am-6pm and 90 minutes before shows on a Sunday or Bank Holidays. The foyers are opened 2 ½ hours before a show Mon - Sat, and 1 hour 30mins before on a Sun.

Entrance to the Town Hall and Oak Room is via Queen Victoria Road (opposite the Council Offices)

 The main auditorium has space for up to 12 wheelchair users in the stalls; the Old Town Hall for up to 5. Registered disabled patrons pay the lowest ticket price available, and if accompanied by a carer, the carers' ticket is free of charge.

 There are free spaces for holders of Disabled Persons Blue Badge in the adjacent Swan Car Park and level access through to the Ticket Office, foyer, bars, toilets and stalls level of the auditorium. There is a lift to the Circle and Upper Circle foyers and also to the Oak Room from the Old Town Hall.

 If guide dogs are accompanying patrons, please advise the Ticket Office so that seating with suitable access can be arranged. If necessary please advise us of your requirements at the time of booking so that staff may be prepared for your visit.

 Wycombe Swan organises sign-language interpreted performances for some of the biggest shows of the year.
 
Hard of Hearing 
Hard-of-Hearing
 Wycombe Swan's auditorium has a wireless infra-red (Sennheiser) system, this technology uses an invisible infra red light to connect sound source and listener. Sennheiser Infrared audio transmission systems are an effective alternative to hard wired systems. Listeners wear an infrared receiver with headphones, headset or stethoset. Receivers can be collected from the Cloakroom in the Stalls Foyer.
 
 
Stage Tours for Visually Impaired
 Pre-performance tours of the stage set for the visually impaired can be arranged for individuals or groups. Please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time.
