The BSC is 25 years old this year and for fifteen of those years Neal Foster’s right hand man (and left hand!) has been Phil Compton, our Executive Producer who has taken the company from strength to strength.

Phil will be leaving us for pastures new in April and we will miss him greatly! Stepping into his sizable shoes is our new Executive Producer Louise Eltringham who some of you will remember was Administrator of the company for six years before she went to work as Senior Producer with DV8. We are wonderfully fortunate to welcome Louise back into the company where she will be working alongside Roshni, Kate and Neal.

We are also welcoming Laura Dalgleish into the office who many of you will know as an actress in several of our shows, most recently HORRIBLE CHRISTMAS at The Lowry.

This expansion in our team will help us to cope with the huge demand for our shows. We’re looking forward to our 25th anniversary year!
