1 week re-rehearsals 5 September
Second tour starts 12 September
Tour ends 10 December
(Actors are required to agree to both tours)
The director is Phil Clark.
All actors require excellent singing voices.
STOREY/LANKIUS: In Egyptians: An explorer with an extremely commanding presence, witty, dry, who has an excellent rapport with the audience. Impetuous, opinionated and self-important, he has a passion for the horrible side of history. In Romans: one of the three Romans soldiers who challenge Ethel, playing numerous famous and despicable characters from the period.
RAMASSES/CENTURIAN: In the Egyptians: the all powerful Ramasses, greatest Pharaoh of the ancient world. In Romans: One of three Roman soldier who challenges Ethel, playing numerous famous characters from the period. Actor with Mediterranean looks welcome.
